The economy method is the most cost-effective form of ground shipping. It is best used with customers who aren’t in rush to get their products delivered. Transit time averages 2-6 business days. **Economy transit times are not guaranteed & may increase during the Winter Holiday season.**
Our ground shipping option is UPS Ground — transit time is displayed on the map below
If you choose Ground Shipping for Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico, you will automatically be upgraded to 2-day shipping.
When selecting 2-day shipping, your package will be delivered within two business days after production is complete. Delivery is performed Monday – Friday only.
Overnight shipping means your package will be delivered standard overnight as soon as production is complete. Delivery is performed Monday – Friday only.
The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. It depends on the shipping location and the items’ weight.
Free Shipping will automatically be applied for orders satisfying ALL conditions below:
- U.S domestic orders
- Over $99 after applying any available discount code
- Not include Canvas, Poster, Doormat, and Metal Sign
- Orders that utilize Ground, 2 Day and Overnight shipping cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
- When an order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
- In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
- If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
- We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. The orders will be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.
- For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order.
- If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

At this time we do not offer Returns in any case, we just offer Replacements. If your item is defective, you don't need to return the original item and we will resend you a replacement for free.
Due to the fact that all items purchased from pamaheart.com are custom made and printed just for you, we do not exchange or issue a full refund unless an item you received has a major problem. This is when the item is:
- Significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you;
- Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
- Not what you ordered;
- We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
- We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacements due to customer's mistakes such as:
- Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
- Failing to preview the design carefully to see if it's well set (as all of our printing files are automatically generated exactly as same as the preview on our website)
- So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct.
To file a claim, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information (this is a must):
- Order number
- Video/ photo of the defective product
- If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
- If your claim is in regards to a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
- If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package's cover including the detailed shipping label so we can forward it to our production department to investigate the problem
